Nathan Gabriel is an award-winning director and educator with an MFA in Directing from Temple University. He has a wide-ranging skill set, having created theatre in almost every genre from Shakespeare to originally-devised plays to radio drama. He has directed over 40 productions and worked at over a dozen theaters, most notably the Tony Award-winning Shakespeare Theatre Company of DC, the Arden Theatre Company of Philadelphia, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and was Associate Artistic Director of New Edgecliff Theatre in Cincinnati. He currently teaches in the Temple University theatre department, where he specializes in creativity studies and designs original online courses. Previously he was the Head of Directing at the University of Louisiana.
